Our Braumeister Edition #64 for the month of July is now available!

#64 SUMMER KISS
The refreshing, dry Saison is now available in limited quantities in our online shop and in our brewery shop.

Brewmaster André Biller answered the following questions about this beer:

Why did you choose this style of beer and what is special about your recipe?
I like the beer style because it is often so refreshing and therefore perfect for summer.

My interpretation is slightly fruity due to the hops but also the yeast and not quite

as strong as is currently usual for a saison (usually around 6 vol% alc).

My beer is 4.8%.

How would you describe the taste and how does the name fit?
The Summer Kiss is refreshing, dry and slightly fruity.

The name: a passionate beer creation kissed by summer. Loud summer evenings

full of surprises where nobody knows what can happen... ;)

What occasion is this beer suitable for?
Better asked: what situation is this beer not suitable for? :)😊 Barbecue in the evening, with friends

Sitting outside on the balcony or terrace or even going for a boat ride on the

(Chiemsee). The beer is absolutely delicious, so you'll happily drink one or two more. ;)
