Why did you choose this style of beer and what is special about your recipe?
Our Imperial Porter is a very rare beer style. According to our research on site in
In London we see the origins of the porter in the 18th century. Especially in the period
It was very popular from 1837 to 1888, but unfortunately disappeared with the saving of raw materials
We have spared no expense or effort to preserve this historic
beer style and give it more power. Not a typical porter, not a typical
Stout - both beer styles are perfectly combined. In addition to its freshness, the IPP
even over a longer period of time its distinctive taste.
How would you describe the taste and how does the name fit?
The addition of “Imperial” to Porter means: more power, more original wort, more alcohol, more
Taste and more fun. To convey the strength of the beer to the beer drinker, we have
it is extremely powerful. Dark, strong, chocolaty, strong, racy, roasted, smoky,
nutty.... Extremely complex!
What occasion is this beer suitable for?
This beer is perfect for all occasions when you want a strong, characterful
beers, such as a history book about beer history or London. This beer tastes
excellent after work, as a morning treat for hardcore fans, or as a warming
drops when a cold breeze blows outside.
