#77 Fancy Fairy

This is what our brewmaster Michael Stangl says about his beer:

Why did you choose this style of beer and what is special about your recipe?

I was intrigued by the task of creating an absolutely fruity IPA with a very pleasant mouthfeel. Inspired by various beers I've tried, I put together a hop blend of Idaho7, Bru-1, Simcoe and Citra. The result is an IPA with a distinctive sweet fruit aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango and citrus fruits.

How would you describe the taste and how does the name fit?

The beer has a creamy and dense mouthfeel thanks to the two types of oat malt added alongside barley malt: Golden Naked with a slightly nutty profile and malted oats, which together envelop the hop aromas, revealing them in all their fruitiness and harmony. The smell and taste will take you to a magical fairytale forest, where, with luck, you will meet the hop fairy and she will enchant you with the full fruitiness of the beer.

What occasion is this beer suitable for?

This beer will enchant you around a crackling campfire on a warm summer night.

Food recommendation: Fried brook trout fillet with cherry tomatoes, parsley potatoes and fresh

lettuce.

Design:

A fairy drinks from a can that shows her own radiant image in summer colors. The

Exceptional beer, invigorating and refreshing, combines exotic flavors and traditional brewing techniques.
