• Extraction, cooling and clarification of the wort in the brewhouse
• Control of the mashing process in terms of time, temperature and quantity control according to beer type and malt quality
• Storing, checking and assessing the maturity of the beer
• Operating the filling system
• Getting to know microbiological and technical-analytical basics
• Cleaning and disinfecting production facilities and piping systems
