The Camba Bavaria brewery stands for a unique combination of local values and innovative ideas. Our master brewers combine tradition, creativity and knowledge to brew excellent beers.

Together with the brewery equipment manufacturer BrauKon, we have more than 35 master brewers at our location in Seeon and thus an immense technical and technological know-how under one roof. The continuous transfer of knowledge with our brewery customers worldwide broadens our horizons every day and inspires us to create unique beer creations.

With our strictly limited series "Braumeister-Edition", or "BME" for short, we have been bringing this concentrated expertise into the bottle since September 2018: every brewmaster, whether Camba or BrauKon, has the opportunity to submit a creative recipe every year and brew their own beer - strictly in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law, of course. The recipe suggestions submitted and the BME's varieties to be created are checked in advance internally by a select group of brewmasters and selected to match the season.

BME's create incomparable and original beer creations that seasonally expand our variety on tap and on the beer shelf. The Camba Braumeister Edition is published once a month throughout the year. The highlight: the beer style, recipe and name of the beer are carefully selected by the brewmasters and matched to the respective beer and season - so each brewmaster leaves a personal footprint and tells the individual story behind it.

This extraordinary concept not infrequently produces outstanding and excellent beers with a great deal of creativity and innovative spirit: such as our Chiemsee WIT - Braumeisteredition No. 24 - which won gold at the European Beer Star in 2020 and was subsequently permanently included in the Camba range.

It pays to be quick!

The current Braumeister Edition is available fresh from the tap in our Camba Bavaria Visitor Centre, in limited quantities in our online shop at shop.camba-bavaria.de and at selected beverage markets and gastronomies.

What's gone is gone.

So far, over 250 different beers have been brewed at the Camba. The permanent range includes twelve international varieties and six traditional beers as well as some seasonal beer specialities. From the classic pale to the fruity pale ale, we brew the right beer for every taste and occasion.
