Lovely Chiemgau - Limited Edition July 2025
Share
My roots go back to the 19th century, when Belgian miners enjoyed refreshing beers like the Grisette after a long day in the mines. Often considered the forgotten sister of the Saison, this beer style was brewed in French-speaking Wallonia and served as a dry thirst quencher. Both the Saison and the Grisette originated as rewards for field workers and miners. Today, at a time when old traditions are being revived and reinterpreted, I was inspired to be reborn as the Grisette in my Braumeister edition. I am crisp, slightly fruity, and incredibly refreshing. My original name, "from Chiemgau with Love," was intended to be a beer-inspired greeting from beautiful Chiemgau to the world. What makes me special is the harmonious combination of fruity and spicy notes. From the very first sip, my refreshing citrus aroma unfolds, reminiscent of sun-ripened oranges and lemons. On hot summer days, when you're gathering outdoors with friends or family, I'm the perfect choice. My refreshing citrus aroma and pleasant spiciness make me the ideal companion for relaxed barbecues, picnics in the park, or garden parties.
