The story behind Eva’s journeyman’s brew:
I am the first of my kind—a beer that celebrates the successful completion of an exciting journey: Eva Gröbner brewed me as the culmination of her training as a brewer and maltster at Camba Bavaria. For her outstanding achievements, she was awarded the Bavarian State Prize—an honor bestowed only on the very best.

With me, a new tradition begins: From now on, every apprentice, after passing their journeyman's examination, will be able to create their very own brew. I am the beginning – the first journeyman's brew, brewed with dedication, pride, and great flavor.

Eva called me "Brewer's Baptism"—inspired by the old tradition in which young brewers are symbolically "baptized" after completing their apprenticeship. And that's exactly what I taste like: like the beginning of something new. On the nose, you'll be greeted with pleasant malty notes, accompanied by a hint of peach and red berries.

My taste is finely balanced: a lean body, biscuity-like malt aromas and a hint of fruity berryness – round and refreshing at the same time.
I am a light red beer with a subtle malt aroma that goes wonderfully with fresh pasta dishes, light summer salads or fruity desserts
