Camba Bavaria x Baruli Cocktail – “Black Sharktail”

Glass: Short drink or old fashioned glass

Ingredients:

• 30 ml espresso (e.g. B. Baruli Heavy Metal)
• 20 ml brown rum
• 120 ml Camba Bavaria Black Shark
• ice cubes

 

Preparation:

1. Prepare the glass:

• Add a few ice cubes to a tumbler or short drink glass.

2. Add espresso & rum:

• Pour freshly brewed espresso into the glass.
• Tip: If necessary, let the espresso cool down slightly so that it doesn't immediately dilute the ice cream too much.

3. Pour on the beer:

• Carefully pour the Camba Bavaria Black Shark IPA as a "topper" so that a nice foam forms on top without it foaming too much.

4. Stir briefly:

• Stir gently to combine the coffee and rum without the IPA losing its carbonation.
