Why did you choose this beer style and what is special about your recipe?

I chose this beer style because it offers an exciting balance between tradition and creative innovation.
What's special about my recipe is the use of two different yeast strains, which give the beer a complex aroma and depth - similar to the "Champ Gang", but with a very unique signature thanks to other yeasts.

How would you describe the taste and how does the name fit?

Sparkling, slightly fruity and wonderfully refreshing – this is how “Double Trouble” presents itself with its very own character.
The name is no coincidence: two different yeast strains work hand in hand and bring the beer to maturity together.
This interaction creates a complex aroma profile with fine fruit notes and
a surprising depth that you wouldn't expect.
“Double Trouble” stands for double effort, double taste – and guaranteed double enjoyment.

What occasion is this beer suitable for?

This beer is perfect for warm summer days when you're enjoying the sunset and craving something refreshing.
