Why did you choose this style of beer and what is special about your recipe?

Black Neipa is not an official beer style and it takes a lot of imagination to come up with a black and roasted version of a beer that normally looks and smells more like an exotic juice. I took on this exciting challenge. The impetus for this brewmaster edition came from my colleague Stefan, a great fan of dark and highly aromatic beers.

How would you describe the taste and how does the name fit?

Our special hop blend of Citra, El Dorado and Bru-1 provides the exotic, fruity “juice character” that is typical of a New England IPA. As the name suggests, this is a dark variant of an IPA. The
The roasted barley and wheat malt used not only gives the beer its deep black color, but also pronounced roasted malt aromas that form an exciting contrast to the intense hop notes.

What occasion is this beer suitable for?

This beer is perfect for special moments when you are looking for depth and enjoyment. Mildly bitter, fruity and roasted, it invites you to experience the moment consciously and forget everything around you for a moment. A beer for real connoisseurs.
