#81 Wheat Tango

This is what our brewmaster Daniel Buchner says about his beer:

Why did you choose this style of beer and what is special about your recipe?

A wheat bock is always something wonderfully tasty in the winter months. Especially in the cold season, a tasty wheat bock often warms you up better than any mulled wine. The high drinkability of the sweet wheat bock is further increased by a fruity, fresh dry hopping. Together, this results in a dangerously good taste profile.

How would you describe the taste and how does the name fit?

The distinctive aromas of ripe banana are surrounded by fruity, citrus notes thanks to cold hopping with the Tango aroma hops. The name is made up of the wheat malt, the main ingredient of the wheat bock, and the Tango aroma hops. Let your taste buds dance with the sweet, fruity aromas of Tango!

What occasion is this beer suitable for?

A light wheat beer goes perfectly with spicy mountain cheese, but also with fruity, sweet cream desserts. Whether on a cozy evening by the fire at Christmas time or as a tasty alternative to mulled wine. The wheat tango will get even the most reluctant dancer on the dance floor.

Design:

The female hop cone, in the shape of a woman with a hop dress and wheat hair, “dances” with the wheat around her.
