Bavarian Summer - Limited Edition April 2025
I am a refreshing session IPA. You could say that just as the Imperial IPA is the big, stronger brother of the IPA, I am the little sister. Originally conceived as a planned one-off brew, I am now available annually as a limited edition for the summer and am celebrated as the most successful limited edition to date. Unlike the Pale Ale, I have a significantly higher hop bitterness, but am comparable in alcohol content. With wheat malt in the mix, I embody that Bavarian summer feeling. My elegant hop notes of grapefruit and peach give me a unique character. A delicate aroma of peach and plum envelops me and gives me a pleasant freshness. The taste unfolds a fruity interplay of peach and exotic citrus notes, which underlines my versatility and refreshing nature.
